Motueka, NZ on the South Island
50 minutes from Nelson City
45 minutes from nearest airport ( Nelson)
20 minutes from Abel Tasman National Park
30 minutes from Kahurangi National Park
4.5 hours from West Coast/Greymouth ( 300 kms)
1.5 hours from Rainbow Ski Field

Directions
From Picton Ferry Terminal.
Approx. 130 kms. Driving time approx. 3 hrs.

From Picton drive to Havelock on State Highway 6.
Take the Queen Charlotte Drive toward Marlborough Sounds.
Proceed to Havelock and take a right hand turn and to Nelson.
Continue with directions from Nelson

From Nelson to Motueka .
Approx. 50 kms. Driving time approx 45 minutes.

Take Rocks Road to Richmond.
Stay on SH 6 to Three Brothers Corner
Turn right. Follow the Coastal Highway to Motueka on SH 60.
You will find Rosewood at second turning on right after the Clock Tower.

From Westland ( Franz Josef Glacier) to Motueka
Approx. 600 kms. Driving time approx. 10 hrs.

Take State Highway 6 to Hokitika and Greymouth.
Continue on SH 6 up the coastline to Punakaiki past the Pancake Rocks and Blowholes.
Continue on to Westport/Buller Gorge Junction.

Go through the Buller Gorge to the town of Murchison.
Continue on SH 6 where you will arrive at the Kohatu turnoff.
Turn left onto the Motueka Valley Highway
Continue until you reach the Clock Tower on the corner in Motueka.
Turn left into High Street on SH 60
You will find Rosewood at second turning on right after the Clock Tower.
